Arboricultural reports for mortgage and insurance purposes
Increasingly we are being asked to provide reports for mortgage or insurance purposes. This type of report is of a preliminary nature but investigates all aspects of risks from trees.
A plan is created showing all the arboriculturally important features of the property.
Each tree is then assessed for its potential to cause harm to people or damage to property and appropriate recommendations are made.
Caution
This is a very complex area of arboriculture requiring a high level of knowledge and experience. Always check the qualifications, experience and insurance of those you choose to undertake your survey.
Government Approved Standards
